    BOCCE ANNUAL MEETING FOR MEMBERS

    Rossmoor Bocce Club – Annual Meeting and Dinner Sunday Nov. 2

    This event is for active Bocce Club members only and this is a mandatory yearly meeting voting for the 2026 Board of Directors. Wait-listers, non-member spouses, and guests are not included.

    When: Sunday, November 2, 2024, 5:00–8:00 PM. Important, the Fireside room has a capacity of 176 people and was a sellout last year so please book early.  Activity fee is $22.

    Pizza, green salad, coffee, and dessert provided. To keep costs down, the club will provide sparkling water and sodas, otherwise bring your own beverages.

    Community Giving.

    We’ll accept donations to Second Harvest Food Bank (details to follow).

    Annual Meeting for the Bocce 2026 Board of Directors.

    We’re excited to present nominees for 2026 Board of Directors positions who have agreed to have the Bocce membership vote for the following:

    President: Victoria Haket

    Vice President / Events Committee Chair: Judi Lehman

    Treasurer: Matilda Kidwell

    Secretary: Cheryl Hines

     Director of Competition: Ron Zelman

    Have additional nominees? Please email Kris Kimball at kimballsfo@sbcglobal.net. Additional nominees must be contacted and agree to be nominated before Nov 2.

    How to Register Online

    1. Log in at https://rossmoorbocceclub.com. Click News & Events → Coming Events → Annual Meeting.

    2. Registering a group online. One person should register and pay for the entire group with a credit card. You’ll need each member’s name. Add your table one person at a time, using “BACK” to enroll the next person, until everyone is registered. Or you can each register separately and still be at your table preference - See #3

    3. Registering online as an individual but want a specific table? Enter your table host’s last name in the “HOST LAST NAME” field on the registration form. 

    How to Register by Check (individual only)

    Drop a check in the Bocce mailbox at the Gateway Office. Include: Your name, phone, and email. Add your table host’s last name (if you want a specific table).

    If you pay by check through the Bocce mailbox, we will do our best to post a “Sold Out” sign once capacity is reached.
