  Aloha! Our Bocce Club Island Adventure Luau is almost here, and we're looking forward to celebrating with you. We currently have 200 guests registered, but 112 guests have not yet requested seating with friends or teammates. To help us finalize the seating chart, please let us know your table preference by July 7th. If you would like to sit with specific guests, please do one of the following: Table Hosts: Please send Victoria a list of everyone who will be seated at your table. No Table Host: If you'd like to sit with friends or teammates, please contact Victoria so we can sit you together. Deadline to confirm seating:  If we do not receive your seating request, we will be happy to assign you to a table with other members and guests. We know you'll enjoy meeting fellow Bocce Club members and making new friends. To help the evening run smoothly, we ask that you sit at your assigned table when you arrive and remain at that table throughout the event. Please do not change seats after arriving, as doing so creates confusion with other guests. Event Reminders Friday, July 10 5:00 PM – Event Center BYOB (sparkling water and sodas will be provided) Please wear your Bocce Club name badge. Name badges help everyone get to know one another and make it easier for our volunteers to assist guests throughout the evening. Mahalo!
